As 2009 has quickly come to an end, the team at the Palm Harbor Car Show would like to take a minute and thank each and every one of you who came out to our shows in 2009.
In May, you helped us raise $4985 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, which gave the DeTerminator Sole Sisters (Mallorie, Lois, and myself) the ability to walk 60 miles in 3 days. Wow is the only word that comes to mind. As a group of walkers, 4 million dollars was raised for this wonderful organization. Pat yourselves on the back and know that you made a difference in someone’s life.
In October, we wrote a check for $2700 to the Jessica Dover Foundation for the “Natural Treatment of Autism”. Remember that you touched the life of a family’s battling to make the lives of their children affected with autism better. You all made a difference.
In November, you all came back out in full force and helped us raise $1600 for Old Palm Harbor Main Street Association. So when you take a look around downtown Palm Harbor, know that your dollars are hard at work to make our community a better place to live and work.
Thank you to all of our sponsors, without each of them believing in our vision, we would not have been able to put on the shows. Remember that each of them our true members of our community, and help us thank them by giving them your continued patronage.
